I worked with Hilton for almost 7 years at Target in Roanoke, Va. He was a quiet, but funny man. Always giving me a hard time but in a good way. Before I left Virginia to move to New Jersey, I got to see him when he came to the store for a brief visit. He was in good spirits. I didn't know he was ill until I returned to Virginia for a visit a few weeks ago. My condolences go out to his wife and and daughter. I hope his pain and suffering was brief. He is now at peace and at long last, at home. I would like to send a card to his family, if anybody can help I would greatly appreciate it. I can be reached at [email protected].

With deep sympathy during your time of sorrow. Heaven is forever changed. That person we loved is reunited with those gone before. Smiles flash across the skies, while tears are wiped away here on earth and hopefully replaced with peace.

It was a pleasure to get to meet Mr. King. He had an exuberance about him that would show even in his pain and definitely when he talked about or looked at his wife and daughter.
I came to meet him during his illness, yet he personified dignity and grace. He always wanted to know that his family would be taken care of; for one could tell that he was very family oriented and loved them dearly. I never heard him complain, but he always had the energy to pick with me during every visit. This is one of the many things I will miss about him.
He may be out of sight for a little while, and you'll miss his touch & smile.
But you know he is safe in the home above where there is nothing but Peace and Love.
My prayers are with you. I pray that our Lord and Saviour will Comfort you and give each of you a Spirit of Peace.
You did wonderfully by your loved one and assured that his last days were filled with love, joy and laughter.
Ms. Janet & Michell let me know if I can help you at any time. You will continually be in my prayers and thoughts.

Michele,
My thoughts are with you and your family. He was a strong man who faced a fierce battle with dignity. You were raised by a fine man.

I enjoyed working with Hilton in the years past and watching him bowl. He will be missed by all who knew him. He always wore a smile.
