Dear Carolyn,Kevin,Kirk,and family,
There simply are no words to express our heartfelt sorrow for you all. Our beloved Roger was loved by so many...amd he loved back just as deeply. We spoke to him as much as four or fives times a week and he always had something to say about one of you. Never doubt how much he loved you all and how very proud he was of each one you. We felt very privileged to have an uncle who cared so much for us. He made that known to us by his faithful cintacts with us and his inquiries about our family. We will painfully miss him but know that you all will miss him even more. Please know that we are holding you all up in our prayers to our Heavenly Father, whom Roger also put his trust in. Our hope is that you all will be comforted in knowing that his struggles are over and he is now at peace. We love you very much.

Uncle Roger,
You will be greatly missed by everyone who knew you, espically your family. I remember the baseball games we use to play in the backyard. Mostly I remember all of the Thanksgivings we spent together, less the oyster stuffing you had me to eat before you told me what was in it.
The one thing I know for sure is that there are several wonderful angles waiting to welcome you to heaven and what a joyous reunion it will be.
I love you.

Papa,

I will miss you so much. I will miss all the times I got to go to work with you and fill my little black book with the things that we did that day. Those were the best days I ever had with you!I loved coming down stairs all dressed up and dancing on your coffee table to " Man, I feel like a women" with my karaoke machine. You always loved to hear me sing and watch me dance. You were the best papa I could ever ask for, I'm really going to miss you and I can't wait till I get to see you again.
Love your grandaughter,
Krysten

Dear Dad:
I just want you to know that I love you and that I am going to miss you so very much. It's not going to be the same around here without you. You mean more to me than you will ever know. I just wish I had of told you how much I love you and looked up to you more often than I did. You taught me so much growing up. You were always there when I needed you. I just wish I had always been there for you.
You left behind many many people that love you very much. A loving wife, children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews, and many friends that are going to miss you and love you so much.
I know that here in the last few years you were suffering. Now you are in a much better place and you are not suffering anymore. I pray to God every night when I go to bed for him to hold you and to tell you how much I love you and miss you.
There is one more thing I really want to tell you Pop. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING MY DAD. I love you with all my heart.
Your Loving Son

Dear Mrs Walker and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Having known Roger when he was such a vital instrument in getting safety programs into our schools, was our pleasure. You knew that every year when he made his call to your business, that you would be giving to a cause that would benefit all our children, and would possibly save some lives. Before the DARE program and the like, he was out beating the streets to keep our children informed. I am sorry he had gotten so ill, and I am sure he is no longer suffering. He will always be fondly remembered as a kind, caring man that was dedicated to his work, until he got sick. Thank you Roger....Mrs Walker I am PJ's mom (across the street) It was a long time ago, but you have to know he made an impression, as I remembered him the first time I saw him, after they moved there 8 years ago. God Bless you and your family.
