Brandy Emerson Lokey, 34, of Johnson City, Tenn., formerly of Gretna, Va., died on Sunday, November 8, 2009. Services 5 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2009, at the Colbert-Moran Funeral Home Chapel, Gretna, Va.
