William Arthur Naff

William Arthur (Bill) Naff, 57, of Panama City, Fla., formerly of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Monday, November 9, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Erman Lane and Hybunia Naff. Survived by wife, Connie Naff, of Panama City; daughter, Alicia Danielle Naff, of Fla.; sister, Charlotte Naff (Boyce) Thompson, of Fla.; nieces, Virginia Thompson, of N.Y., and Dr. Caroline Thompson, of Fla.; sister-in-law, Pat (Charles) Mullins, of Va.; brother-in-law, Carlton (Whitney) Dudding, of Va.; nephews, Jack and Gates Dudding; and a host of family, friends and co-workers. Also dear to William were his canine friends, Little Anne, Buttons (Dewdrop) and grandpuppy, Lucy. Mr. Naff was a Virginia Tech graduate and an accounting manager with Western Plastics. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 14, 2009, at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park with Chaplain Bob Copenhaver officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Oakey's North Chapel, 540-362-1237.
