Denise, You are going to be missed so much. You were such a great grandmommy and great person to my daughter Tara. I will miss your laugh and the way you would say to Tara "ohhhhh mommma". We will never let the boys forget you or how much you LOVED them. I just wished you could be around to see them grow up into young men. Love ya Momma and will miss you!!!!!!!!!!!!

This saddens my heart. I worked with Denise many years ago at NRVCSB and became great friends very quickly. She had a heart of gold & was truly a wonderful person. I am ashamed to say we lost touch over the years so I never knew she was sick. It hurts to know such a special person had to suffer in any way. Addison, I remember you as a small boy who was so greatly loved by his mother that she would do anything possible to make sure you had the best she could give even if it meant she went without. I am sure she was the best grandmother she could possibly be. Know I am thinking of your family during this time.

I was blessed to have Denise as an employee, and honored to have her as a friend. She became like a mom to me a few short months after I met her. She will be sorely missed.

I had the priviledge of transporting Denise to some of her cancer treatments. Denise was a wonderful, caring person. We talked at length about her spirituality and I have no doubt that Denise is with her heavenly father. God bless her survivors and friends.
