Mildred Dooley McClure

Mildred Dooley McClure, 79, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Saturday afternoon, November 21, 2009. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, George and Elva Dooley; her husbands, Alfred E. Meadows and Gary C. McClure; her son, Charles E. Meadows; and her sisters, Nell Hayes and Clara Dooley. Surviving are her children, George R. Meadows and wife, Judy, Dianne Martin, Barbara Alrawashdeh, Kevin Meadows, Teresa Scott, and Dale McClure and wife, Kristi; her grandchildren, Robbie, Cari, Jason, Daniel, Dustin, Samantha, Matthew, Megan, Joseph, Patrick and Garrett; and her greatgranddaughters, Makenzie Scott and Shawna Martin. She is also survived by her cousins, Mike Meloy and Joey Spickard; and her niece, Wanda Winters. A Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2009, at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel with Pastor Mark Manning officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Burial Park.
