Our prayers and thoughts are with you on the difficult days ahead
November 30, 2009
Jo, Barbara, Julia, Mark, Matt, Jesse, Bruce, and all the family:
Even though we could not make it in today, Betty and I are sharing your grief and offering our prayers and thoughts to you and all the family during this difficult time. Even though I have not seen her in years, I will always remember your Mom as a loving, caring, smiling woman in both the good and trying times she had through the years. On the occasions I had to visit your family years ago she ALWAYS made me feel like a member of the family!
I know your faith in God will help and comfort you through the difficult days ahead.
We send our love,
Butch & Betty Powell

Diana,
So sorry to learn of your Mother's death. We could not come to Eagle Rock but you and your family are in our prayers.
Remember the good times we had when we worked together at Roanoke City Health Dept?
We are extending our heartfelt sympathy to you and your family during this time of sorrow.
