Cecil Reaves Thaxton, 84, of Lynchburg, Va., died on Sunday, December 6, 2009. He is survived by his favorite grandson, Hunter Johnson, of Los Angeles, and formerly of Roanoke, Va. Just learned yesterday of Cecil's passing. May God Go before you in the days ahead and lead you beside the still waters and comfort your soul. Words cannot begin to express my sincere sympathy and empathy in your loss.
