Lois Slaydon Perkins

Mrs. Lois Slaydon Perkins, 98, of Kentwood Nursing Facility, Augusta, Ga., entered into rest December 14, 2009. She was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence W. Perkins. Graveside services have been rescheduled for 3 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 2009, at Evergreen Cemetery in Roanoke, Va. Survivors include her son, Irvin Lee Grant and his wife, Beth, of Clarks Hill, S.C.; sister, Edna Adams, of Roanoke, Va.; and grandchildren, Mark Grant, Dave Grant, Ann Barbare, John Grant, Glenn Grant and Stephanie Platt.
