Jim was a close an dear friend for almost forty years. I wish I could have been as good a friend to him as he was to me. He was a multi-talented, multi-faceted and dynamic individual who interests spread from philosophy to electronics to cybernetics and beyond. Mostly, what I remember and what endeared him to me the most was his generosity of spirit and his willingness to let go of his ego and pursue the truth. He may have lost his battle with cancer but he won enduring
accikades frin all those who were touched by him; and I know they were many.
I will never forget my dearly beloved friend, Jim Scuccer

Dear Mary Ellen,
I am saddened by Jim's passing. Jim always seemed enthusiastic about whatever he was doing. I remember being at your home in 2002 for an introduction he created for Landmark. I know your friends in Lynchburg including the ministers of Unity will support you in your grieving. Know that I am honored to have known Jim and you over the years.

Dear Mary Ellen,
I was shocked and saddened to hear of Jim's passing. I always enjoyed our chats as I ran by your house and Jim's words of encouragement, one runner to another.
Please know that you are in my thoughts and my prayers and that I am just down the street if you ever need anything.
