Joe - I was so saddened to learn of your Mother's passing. It has been years since I last saw Rachel - she and Connie were always so special; and, two of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to know. When you and I dated back in the 70's, they treated me as though I was their own daughter; I carry the memories of many happy hours spent in your home. May all of your memories comfort you at this difficult time - knowing that they are together again must give you much peace. May God Bless. Linda (Goodloe) Cook, Afton, Virginia

There are times like these when a loved one leaves us and we feel saddened. I am sad for myself, and you, but not for Rachie, because she is now with God. There are so many things that made her special and loved. I am sure that we will be reminiscing very soon. Take care.

Joe, our family is deeply saddened to hear of Rachel's death. She was a special person to us, especially to the girls. She fought growing old with gusto - always remaining young at heart! We will miss her, but will always remember her fondly. Our thoughts and prayers are with you now as you work your way through this transition. If there is anything we can do, please do not hesitate to contact us. Unfortunately we will not be able to attend the funeral. Please know that we will be there in spirit.

Joe, Eddie and I are so sorry about Aunt Rachie, but we know she is now in heaven with Uncle Connie. I have so many great memories of her and some funny ones included. You could not have been a better son to her and I know how very much she loved you. She will be missed by us all but we will always have the memories that can't be taken away. Love, Eddie and Linda
