I received a phone call this morning asking if I heard of your passing... My heart is weeping, for I will never have that chance to tell you good-bye. It has been many years since I last spoke to you, but only days since your name was spoken of to my son... your grandson, James Dylan Hawkins about all the fun times that we used to have. Like the time when you bought that silly old food processor and made me drink all those nasty pureed drinks that were supposed to be so healty for me... YUK! was all that I could think of as I smiled so innocently with every sip, while you laughed and said... DRINK UP! April, May, June, July... & still today everytime that I peel a potato I think of you & just smile. There are so many other memories that I have of you, enough stories to keep telling Dylan for a while. I only wish that he could have met you again as a young man. You would've really enjoyed him, as I know he would have you. I'm sorry that we weren't able to keep in touch over the years. You left a stamp on my heart old man & I will never forget you! Love you much, Rest in peace... April Lynn Williams
