Mary Guilliams Obituary

Mary E. Guilliams, 84, of Roanoke, Va., passed peacefully on Thursday, January 7, 2010, after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Guilliams; beloved parents; and a sister. She is survived by her daughters, Diane C. Watts, of Hollywood, Calif., Angela E. Preston, of Roanoke, Va., and Crystal Lovejoy and husband, Brett, of Roanoke, Va.; son, James H. Guilliams Jr. and wife, Jennifer, of Henderson, Nev.; five grandchildren, Tony Watts, Steven Parker and wife, Cathy, Jamie Hughes, Brandon Lovejoy and wife, Dreama, and Blake Lovejoy; and three greatgrandchildren, Dustin Parker, Logan Parker and Emily Parker. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, January 11, 2010, at Oakey's North Chapel with Pastor Scott McLucas officiating. The interment will follow in Fair View Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Disease, Roanoke Salem Chapter ADRDA, 2728 Colonial Ave., SW, Suite 2, Roanoke, Va. 24015. The family will be receiving friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, January 10, 2010, at Oakey's North Chapel, 540-362-1237.
