This is for Ida: I know that you told me that you not only lost a daughter,but also your grandson.I know that Misty and Lucas will be looking after you from where their at. So keep your head up and think of the goodtimes that you spent with Misty.I know it will be hard for you to do that.I also know that Misty would want you to do the same. Both Misty and Lucas will be waiting for you to be with them. And when that happens you'll all be together again.
Jake: I know how hard it is not to be with Misty and Lucas. But you'll be able to see them when the time comes. I know that Misty and Lucas will be watching over you from above. Jake i heard about Misty and your son lucas. Misty was a kind beautiful caring wife and cousin to and i will never forget her and i know that she is a better place watching over you and knowing that one day we all will get to her and the lucas. What i will always remember her for is her beautiful smile and the way she made everyone smile and have fun in life. I have only known Misty for a couple of years from work and from working with her on the fun committee she loves so much, but I know she was full of life and spoke about her family almost daily.
I wish I could say a lot more to take your pain away in this time of grief, but it is something we who stay behind must burden. Just know that we grieve together with you and have you in our prayers. God bless

To day was the day we layed you and baby Lucas to rest. You just don't know how hard it was for me not to cry today. You know when Auntie Debbie came to my work i ask if it was my mom and she said no. then i ask Misty lost the baby she said she did not know then i could not wait to see you but when i seen you i knew i have not just lost my grandson but my daughter too. How unfair it was for heavenly father to take you and Lucas from use I know it is not for us to question what has been done but to know that we have to let ever one know that we love them. When I first started to get to know you, Misty avoided me for quite a while! Once she decided to let me in, she didn't accept my visits begrudgingly. I was so grateful for the opportunity to get to know you as well. The love that you have for each other was very apparent.
My heart is breaking for your loss. I don't know why Heavenly Father has taken her from this life so early, or why He took Lucas back to Himself also. I don't know His plan for you. I so know this, that because of our understanding of eternal families time without Misty may seem like a long time but will really be a short period. Misty, for someone who has interacted with you over the phone or seen you over a video conference, it was never difficult for me to relate to you and understand your life and culture. Thank you for all the support and guidance in my professional life. Your friendship is something I will cherish for rest of my life. I wanted to share with you something that I saw one sunday. I had only met the two of you the day before in the store. You spoke in sacrament meeting and you were talking about how much you loved Misty and how you were excited to be having a baby with her. You said how you were so proud of her and knew that she would be a great mother. I looked over at her and with tears running down her face, she had such a loving smile on her face for you. From that short look, you could see that you were her everything. What a wonderful love the two of you must have. It's great to know that love carries on!

I am so very sorry for your loss. I only knew Misty through 2peas and I can honestly say she was one of the sweetest people I know. I knew Misty from the 2Peas website and she was always such a bright, shining and happy person. Her smile radiated from the pictures she posted.

I feel so lucky to have "met" Misty online. I used to read her posts and think, "wow, her husband and her are truly in love". It was so refreshing. Her love for Jake and mainly for her Lord were obvious. She let God's light stream through her words on the message board, she held her own with grace and class.
She will be missed by all of us that were fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of this heavenly personality.
To Misty's mother: You must be an exceptional woman to have raised such an extraordinary woman. Be proud of how many people she touched, she was a star.

I met Misty online and I have to say she was one of those people that's life radiated even over a computer screen.
She loved her family so very much and wanted nothing more than to be a mother.
You could tell that with Misty what you saw was what you got. She was a loving, happy person.
I think we are all very lucky to have known her.
She had a full and wonderful life. Jake you were obviously more than her husband, or best friend....you were her soul mate.
I am so very sorry that she and your sweet son were taken away from you so soon.
