Joe McInvale Obituary

Joe W. McInvale passed away Friday, April 25, 2008 at the age of 70 years. Native and lifetime resident of Floresville. A combat veteran of the Viet Nam War. Retired San Antonio Policeman after 26 years, serving mostly in southeast San Antonio. Member of American Legion Post in Floresville, VFW Post in Poth, Member of the Retired Police Officers Assn. He is survived by his wife, Linda; daughters, Joellen McInvale Sanchez, Sally and husband Tommy Cooper, son, George and wife, Kim McInvale all of Wilson County; sister Thelma Garnand; nephew, Jimmie and wife Sylvia Garnand, Alaska; brother, Charlie McInvale; grandchildren, Eric, Rebecca, Aurora, and Joseph Sanchez, Wesley and Bethany Cooper. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28, 2008 from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Franklin Funeral Home in Floresville. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Floresville City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are with FRANKLIN FUNERAL HOME Floresville, TX 78114 (830) 393-0459
