George Delgado Obituary

Hello,
We realize that we are very late to express our deepest condolences, but we wanted to let your family and friends know that we will be sending Care Packages to deployed troops this week and we'll be dedicating several of these to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo and the hometown of George Delgado US Army Private First Class. We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals from across the American youth hockey community. We love and miss George. We are proud to have known him. He was taken too early and I know he was proud to serve his country, but I still wish they could all come home. Our hearts go out to his family, and we will think of George everyday.

Thank you for such a sacrifice. My family is from the town of one of the soldiers that was with your son. Our town is prayng for you also.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this incredibly difficult time. We lost our son, Cpl. Chris Leon, USMC on 6-20-06 in Ramadi.
There are no words that will help at this time. We hope that you are being surrounded by the love and prayers of family and friends. Your son is a hero. He will never be forgotten. Many people say this but in time you will know how true these words are.
The families of the fallen here in Lancaster/Palmdale are ready to support you. We grieve with you for your loss. We will always be available whenever you wish to connect.
