Hello,
We would like to express our deepest condolences and also let the Bellard Family know that we recently sent Care Packages to American troops in Afghanistan. Each box carried a dedication sheet that includes the name, service information and photo of your loved one. We recognize that this is a humble tribute, but we wanted you to know that it is heartfelt and made possible by thousands of like-minded individuals in the youth hockey community and beyond. We will not forget. May God Bless you and keep you strong.
Sincerely,
Charlie Gili & Family

”Honor and Remember” - “Project Compassion” We love our Soldiers! We love our country and we cannot express enough love and compassion to the families of our fallen heroes. War does not discriminate – It breaks our hearts to see the faces of the fallen. We want to give this gift to the hero’s Mother, Father and/or spouse. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization! Almost 2,000 portraits have been completed and shipped to the parents and or spouse - at no cost as this is a gift from one American to another!
This is a gift! We have wonderful sponsors who help with the costs, and want you know that everyone here at Project Compassion does and will always CARE.
Contact us directly at [email protected] or go to www.heropaintings.com . If you have already had a portrait completed, we pray that you are enjoying the portrait and God Bless You.
Sincerely and Respectfully,
Kenna

The the Bellard Family,
Please know that just as your loved one will forever remain in your hearts and minds, his sacrifice and that of your family, will remain with the people he died defending. Words do not adequately express the gratitude we feel for his bravery and selflessness, or the heartache we feel for your loss. God grant you the peace that passes all understanding.

Holding you all in my thoughts and prayers today.
The Wind on The Downs
“I like to think of you as brown and tall,
As strong and living as you used to be,
In khaki tunic, Sam Brown belt and all,
And standing there and laughing down at me.
Because they tell me, dear, that you are dead,
Because I can no longer see your face,
You have not died, it is not true, instead
You seek adventure in some other place.
That you are round about me, I believe;
I hear you laughing as you used to do,
Yet loving all the things I think of you;
And knowing you are happy, should I grieve?
You follow and are watchful where I go.”
(Written by Marian Allen during World War l )
Two lines that I wish you to keep near your heart…….
“You seek adventure in some other place.
That you are round about me, I believe”
I did not know Wilfred, but he is my hero. If you would like
a copy of the drawing I posted here, please contact me
and I will email that to you.

To: Janet Brooks
You are right, your son is a "hero". I cry for you! I am a mother and a grandmother, but I have never experienced this kind of devestation. I grew up in a close-knit family and when my baby brother died years ago, I remember my father telling the 6 of us remaining children, that NOTHING can compare to losing a child!
We never know what God will call on us to endure in our life time. We must trust God that He will bring us through. Afterall, "earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal...".
I have been in the Ministry since 1979 and in 2004, God blessed me with a "personalized" tape ministry for our troops. I consider it an "honor" to do what I do. There are not enough ways or hours in a day to say "thank you" for all the sacrifices!
I never knew Wilfred, but I will FOREVER "Salute" Pfc. Wilfred D. Bellard!
May God forever bless and protect Wilfred's wife, Latrice and son. May his angels forever be encamped around all of Wilfred's loved ones protecting you all from seen and unseen danger.
Stay strong and encouraged!
Yours in Christ,
Minister Florence Duckett

Hello:
You do not know me but I left a tribute for your family member at an earlier date. The reason for my note is to let you know of a group of people who are willing to do portraits of fallen soldiers in wood free of charge. If your family is interested you can visit their website at [email protected].
com. I became aware of this site when I tried to do something special for my son's best friend's mother (my son's best friend was KIA 7/6/07, he was 18). Some of you may have already had this done but for those who did not and would like to, please contact them they are wonderful people.
God bless you and I am so sorry for your loss. Your HERO will never be forgotten.

Psalm 23
1
The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
2
He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,
3
He restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
5
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
6
Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
This is a verse that I have found to be comforting to me during my husbands death. Remember that when it seems that no one else is round, God is still there with you! And he will be your rock!
My daughter,McKaLyne, and I send our heartfelt sympathy for your loss! God Bless this warrior, God Bless those whom serve freedom's cause! They are our true HERO's!!!!
