LINDA E. O'CONNELL Linda E. O'Connell, 71, of Wilmington, NC died on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 in Takoma Park, MD. Linda was a member of Harbor United Methodist Church in Wilmington and a member of The Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary, Harbor Prayer Shawl Group and Harbor Women's Prayer Circle. Linda was born on February 9, 1943 in New Haven, CT. Daughter of the late John and Bridget Kane. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Lois Cimino. Linda is survived by three sons, Kenneth Cimino of New Haven, CT, Charles Cimino of Boston MA, and John Cimino of Fayetteville, NC; daughter, Danielle Marion of Newtown, CT; and four grandchildren, John Cimino Jr. of East Haven, CT, Corey Cimino of Boston, MA, Rory Tiesler and Lucy Marion of Newtown, CT. Linda also leaves a beloved brother John James Kane and his wife Julia Kane of Meriden, CT, a nephew, two nieces and seven great nephews and great nieces in CT. A memorial service is to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Linda's honor, to Harbor United Methodist Church, 4853 Masonboro Loop Rd, Wilmington, NC 28409.
