I was sad to learn of Betty's passing, and wish her family peace and sweet memories. Betty has a place in my own memory. Time has flown it seems. We were all so busy getting through the days. My dad, and Betty's teacher, Charles Thoss, would have been 102 today, were he alive. He was always very fond of Betty, I remember. Looking back from this vantage point, our class days were wonderful pilings on which we built our lives, and Betty's memories have melted with the rest.

To the entire Cary Family,
Where do I even begin? Betty was my second Mom. You were all my brothers and sisters growing up. Betty always made me feel like her little girl.
My heart is full of all the laughter we shared and the memories always makes me smile.
Our Mom will be missed but never forgotten.
Take care of Bill, he will need us all more at this time than ever before.
ALWAYS,
SHEREE

When someone we love passes away,
We ache, but we go on;
Our dear departed would want us to heal,
After they are gone.
Grief is a normal way to mend
The anguish and pain in our hearts;
We need time to remember and time to mourn,
Before the recovery starts.
Let's draw together to recuperate,
As we go through this period of sorrow;
Let's help each other, with tender care
To find a brighter tomorrow.
Betty's name will be entered onto our ClassMates Remembered List so that she may be remembered forever as an alumni who passed though those great doors of Wellston High.
May the perpetual light shine upon her soul now and forever.
