Heaven gained an angel the day you left us! We will never forget you, Leo! You meant a lot to my father (Frenchie). You were always good to our family and we always looked forward to you, the boys and the guys coming up to camp. Heck, you were our only neighbors a few months out of the year! Jason & Brian my heart goes out to you and your families. I'm sorry. Take care of each other. I will always remember.....

Leo loved his FAMILY and his FAMILY incuded his friends.

I first met Leo when he returned from "In Country" and much like Joe V, Johnny Mick, he did not talk of his Campaigns nor Victories.

I went to school and hunted game with his brother Steve and attended a few social gatherings at the MITSIN Home on Depot St, E. Douglas. Quality Family for sure. When Leo returned from his service to our Country, Mr Mitsin poured out (I think homemade) Ouzo for all.

I can recall Leo & Carole - Otis T. & Everette Jr - ALL of the great women in the family AND MILLIE.

I recall the neighbors of the MITSIN family who thought the most of them, and I recall the young Mitsin Brothers when the Mother passed on.

I could go on for hours about Leo, his FAMILY and the Mobil Pipeline.

I only know of the best of this man.

GOD be with Leo Mitsin and his great family.

To the Mitsin family,

I am sorry to hear of Leo's passing. He was a great man and defined the meaning of a true friend. I will never forget how good he has always been to my father. I had the pleasure of helping my father build his home on the ridge a few years ago. It was one of the greatest experiences that I have ever had to get to spend that time with Leo and Lloyd. He will certainly be missed, but he will never be forgotten.

We could never thank him enough for the unconditional friendship that he so willingly shared with each of us, especially with my father.
