Frank Foster Obituary

Frank J. Foster died Monday, August 25, 2008 in St. Vincent Hospital. He is predeceased by his wife Joanne (Janulevicus) Foster in 1999. He leaves a son, Frank J. Foster Jr. of CA.; two daughters, Deborah Fournier of Hubbardston and Michelle Sizer of AZ.; four grandchildren, Deanna, Sadie, Savorina & Bennett; a close friend and caretaker, Cathy Holmes; and nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by 14 brothers & sisters. Frank was born in South Barre the son of Carmello & Florence (LaFarina) Foster and lived many years in Wheelwright. Frank was a truck driver for Romar Tissue Co. for 20 years and later for Quabaug Rubber Co. in North Brookfield until he retired in 1992. He was a US Army Veteran serving in the Korean Conflict and was a member of the American Legion Post 404.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 11:00 AM in Pillsbury Funeral Home, 96 S. Barre Rd., Barre. Burial will follow in St. Josephs Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 9:30-11:00 AM. Donations may be made to the American Legion Post 404, South Barre Rd., Barre, MA 01005.
