Marjorie Farina Obituary

Marjorie E. (Conboy) Farina, 79, of Niantic, CT and Gulfport, FL passed away Saturday September 13th in Marlborough Hospital after becoming ill earlier that week. Her husband CSM U.S. Army, Frank J. Farina Jr. passed in 1984. She is survived by seven children, Karen Catalanotti and her husband BG U.S. Army, Robert, Hollis Rosendale both of Grafton, Theresa Farina and her husband Dave Henry of Eugene, OR, Frank J. Farina III and his wife Sheree of Old Lyme, CT, Mary Patricia Shell and her husband Byron of Marbury, AL, M. Michele Tardie and her husband David of New Sweden, ME and Christopher Farina of Mechanicsville, MD; one sister, Susan McCaslin; 18 grandchildren she loved and was devoted to; one niece and two nephews. Mrs. Farina was a registered nurse for many years in CT retiring to Florida in 1988. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Mrs. Farina Wednesday September 17th at 10:30 a.m in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 17 Waterville St. in North Grafton. She will then be laid to rest with her beloved husband in The Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne on Cape Cod. All are invited to offer condolences Wednesday Sept. 17th from 9 to 10 a.m in Roney Funeral Home North Chapel, 152 Worcester St. North Grafton before the funeral Mass. Memorial donations may be made in her name to The American Heart Association, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701 in lieu of flowers. A condolence book and directions are available at:
