Jeannette M. Kilgour

Mrs. Jeannette M. (Gervais) Kilgour, 88, of Hazel Plaza, passed away Sat., Sept. 20, 2008 in Milford Regional Medical Center, Milford. She was the wife of the late Walter J. Kilgour, who died in 1999.

Mrs. Kilgour was born in Canada, the daughter of the late Henry and Melvina (Normandin) Gervais and had been a lifelong resident of Uxbridge.

She attended Uxbridge schools and was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Uxbridge. She also loved bingo.

Mrs. Kilgour is survived by a son, Kenneth W. Kilgour of Uxbridge; two daughters, Joanne C. Czupryna of Uxbridge and Jane M. Heywood of Plattsburg, NY; 3 sisters, Theresa Gervais, Pauline Haley, and Marie Gervais all of Uxbridge; 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 3 brothers, Real, Henry, and Norman Gervais and 5 sisters, Loretta Chiuchiolo, Yvonne Lavarire, Florence Aubin, Rita Lefebvre, and Norma Bruneau.

Funeral services will be Wed., Sept. 24, 2008 at 9 AM from the BUMA FUNERAL HOME, 101 North Main Street, Rte.122, Uxbridge, MA 01569 followed by a Mass of the Resurrection at 10 AM in St. Mary's Church, Mendon St., Rte. 16, Uxbridge. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Visiting hours will Tues., Sept. 23, 2008 from 2- 4 and 6 – 8 PM in the funeral home.
