Aldo Ruggieri Obituary
He leaves his devoted wife and partner of 52 years, Albertine M. (Jolicoeur) Ruggieri; his two sons, Donald and Robert Ruggieri of Worcester; two brothers, Maurice Ruggieri of Shrewsbury, and Daniel Ruggieri of Worcester; a sister, Cecilia Charamella of Worcester; many nieces and nephews. Aldo was born in Worcester, son of Domenic and Josephine (Martucci) Ruggieri. He graduated from Worcester Boy's Trade School and has lived here all his life.
Mr. Ruggieri was a plumbing engineer at Tucker Rice Company for more than twenty two years, before becoming self employed. He was a member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Local #4, Preservation Worcester and Worcester Vocational School Advisory Committee. He also taught plumbing for the city of Worcester Nightlife Program.
A funeral Mass will be held Friday, October 3rd at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Anne's Church, 130 Boston Tpke. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Worcester County Memorial Park. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Anne Human Services, 130 Boston Tpke, Shrewsbury, MA 01545. The MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street is honored to be assisting the family with arrangements.

To Aldo's family,
My deepest sympathy to you all. I worked for M.D. Holmes & Sons and Aldo worked for our competitor, but we became business friends and would share laughs at bid openings, etc. What a gentleman and I just had to send my condolences as we've lost another good guy. I hope you have many happy memories that will get you through this sad time.
