Corinne (Lacouture) Klyshevich, 87, of Northborough, MA, formerly of Marlborough, died Fri., Oct. 3, 2008 at St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester, MA.

Born in Marlborough, she was the daughter of the late Hilaire and Alexina (Lattinville) Lacouture, and the wife of the late Walter "Whitey" Klyshevich, who died in 2001.

A 1939 graduate of Marlborough High School, Mrs. Klyshevich worked during WWII in NYC, and at the N.Zealand Embassy, Washington DC, as a clerk and typist.

She had been employed as a waitress at the former Oxford Restaurant, Marlborough for over 30 yrs, and had also worked at the former White's Corner and Harvest Hill Restaurants in Southboro and the Grille, in Northborough.

A member of St. Bernadette's Parish, Northborough, she was a member of the former St. Mary's Parish, Marlborough and Our lady of the Assumption Guild.

She is survived by her son: Michael Klyshevich and his wife Zabela, of LaCrescente, CA, her daughter; Karen K. Walsh and her husband Dr. Thomas Walsh of Northborough, with whom she made her home, her brother; George Lacouture of Marlborough and her sister; Blanche Combs, of Newburyport, her grandchildren; Martin, Michael, Corinne, Thomas, Jr., and Katherine Walsh, and Walter and Nicholas Klyshevich.

She was also the sister of the late David and Henry Lacouture, Rhea Tebo, Lillian Naze, Irene Colombo, Anita Bliss, Rose Kenney, and Alma Martel.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tue. Oct. 7, at 10:00 am in St. Bernadette's Church, Main St., Northborough, Burial will follow in St., Mary's Cemetery, Beach St., Marlborough. Visiting hrs.will be held on Mon. Oct 6 from 5-8 pm in the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc., 40 Pleasant St., Marlborough.

Dear Mike & Karen;
