I knew Joyce as a woman with heart and a real soul, but they were tragically muffled by the difficulties she ran into during her life. She was smart, and I believe she had a lot more potential than she, or her circumstances, would allow to bloom.

Joyce, I haven't seen you for a long time, but may your soul, heart, and spirit find rest now. And know that many of us know who you truly were and who you might have been if life had been a little kinder. You tried so hard to find true happiness and I hope you were finally able to.

Joyce, may your soul find rest and say "hi" to Auntie Cecile and Uncle Paul for me.
Love, Paul Savageau Jr.
