Frances Vallone Obituary

Frances P. "Pat" (McNally) Vallone, 73, of Auburn formerly of Millbury passed away Thursday, October 16th 2008, St. Vincent Hospital after a brief illness.

Pat's husband of 54 years Anthony "Duke" Vallone passed away in April of 2007. She is survived by a devoted daughter, Marie Bennett and her husband Gary of Naples Florida; three grandchildren, Anthony Vallone III, Nicholas Bennett and Tracie Sherwin; two great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Two sons, Anthony Vallone, Jr. and Paul Vallone, a brother, Harold McNally; three sisters, Helen Dowd, Edna Weatherburn, and Mary Grossman all pre deceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of James A. and Marie R. (Beswick) McNally. She grew up in Worcester, lived 38 years in Millbury before moving to Auburn. Pat enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

The funeral will be held Tuesday, October 21st from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Stephen's Church, 357 Grafton St. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Stephen's Church, 357 Grafton St. 01604.
