Lillian Hutchings Obituary

Lillian "Marie" Hutchings, 84, of 4 Pineland Ave., Shrewsbury passed away peacefully at Saint Francis Home in Worcester on Tuesday, October 14, 2008.

Marie is survived by her husband of 55 years, Maurice E. Hutchings; a daughter, Linda M. wife of Charles D. Brouillette and loving grandchildren, Adam C. and Marie E. Brouillette of Worcester. She leaves a brother, Joseph L. Fitzpatrick and his wife, Jane and a sister, Mary A. Hunt all of Shrewsbury; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was born in Saint John, N.B., Canada, the daughter of the late John Edward and Gertrude M. (Doyle) Fitzpatrick.

Marie was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed attending church regularly. A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at 10:00 a.m at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1290 Grafton St., Worcester, MA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the local area Salvation Army or St. Vincent de Paul.
