Pauline Boulay Obituary

Pauline J. (Gosler) Boulay, 72, of 32 Lincoln St., died Sunday, October 12, in her home after an illness.

She was born April 26, 1936, in Leominster, daughter of the late Lewis and Viola (Legere) Gosler. Mrs. Boulay was a 1954 graduate of Saint Bernard's Central Catholic High School, and a 1957 graduate of Leominster Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse for many years at Worcester State Hospital and was a longtime communicant of Our Lady of the Lake Church.

Her husband, Edmond A. Boulay, died in 2001.

She is survived by her children, Michael Boulay of Leominster, Mark Boulay and his wife Gina of Rindge, NH, Brian Boulay and his wife Paula of Brookline, NH, Kevin Boulay and his wife Wendy, Beth Bigelow and her husband Scott, Scott Boulay and his wife Kara all of Leominster, and Nancy Allen and her husband George of Fitchburg; her sister, Dorothy Kearns of Leominster; her mother-in-law, Cecile Boulay of Lunenburg; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ronald and Patricia Boulay of Lunenburg; 20 grandchildren.

The funeral was held Friday, October 17, from Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Rd., Fitchburg, with a Mass at 10:00 A.M. in Our Lady of the Lake Church, 1400 Main St., Leominster. Burial followed in Saint Bernard's Cemetery, Fitchburg. Calling hours were Thursday, October 16, from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Oncology Specialty Clinic, Heywood Hospital, 242 Green St., Gardner, MA 01440.
