Ricky, Rosemary and Karen -

Uncle Fuddy was one of my favorite people. Over the last couple of years we exchanged letters and you may not know this, but he always donated a couple of bucks to a cause that my family has been involved with: The Travis Roy Foundation.

My wife Susan and I will always fondly remember when he brought us to his house and fed us some warm peach pie....

Hope to see you soon

May I extend our sincerest condolences on behalf of the Manchaug Pond Association Board of Directors and general membership to the Colonero family. Many of us knew Fuddy very well, seeing him each morning as he checked the Manchaug Pond dam and receiving his phone calls updating us as to his efforts. There was no one more dedicated to his work than Fuddy. He knew our lake and he worked with our organization to address our concerns and issues. His commitment to Manchaug Pond was above reproach. Fuddy has been greatly missed! Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you.

Ricky, Rosemary and Karen: I am sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Fuddy and I worked together in the late forties doing construction work in Foxboro. The work was hard but we had fun joking about the foreman who would fire anyone if the worker took even a 15-second break. One Saturday night I suggested we go to Whitinsville to a Johnny Witek dance. Fuddy said he was not a good dancer and was reluctant, but I said I wanted him to meet someone. While there I introduced him to Ann Kelliher and the rest is history. Fuddy later bought the house across the street in Douglas in which I grew up. There are few people who were as friendly as Fuddy. I‘m sure everyone who knew Fuddy will miss him.

Getting to know Fuddy (at Guilford) was an honor and a pleasure. He was loved by everyone there - a bright spot whenever he stopped to chat. He will be missed.
