Richard Allaire Obituary
Richard was born on November 3rd, 1957, a son of Roland P. and Leona (Belliveau) Allaire. He was a kind and gentle man with a generous personality. Although he faced many obstacles in his life, Richard was a good friend to many, an inspiration and mentor to others, and a beloved brother who will be sadly missed.
He is survived by a son, Richard J. Allaire, Jr.; five siblings, Paul "Frenchy" Allaire, Jeanne Nader and her husband Ted, Marie Stone, Teri Belsito, Annette Curci and her husband Paul; a close friend, Deidre Souza; many nieces and nephews.
Richard's funeral will be held Saturday, October 25th from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. with a Mass at a time to be announced in St. John's Church, 44 Temple St. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held Friday, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities, 10 Hammond Street, Worcester, 01610.

My sincere thoughts are with Ritchie's family for their loss. I was only one of many who knew Ritchie for a short period. The experience that I had with Ritchie was one of hope and of courage and sharing that with others. He showed me that living life to the fullest is possible and gave this gift to many people. Ritchie, I have only known you for just short of a year, but just in that short time you really have shown me how wonderful life can be. Ritchie was a long time friend. it was only resently that I disscovered how much of a great man he was. To over come all that he has in life and be greatfull for the day. His smile, his presents, his calming demeener to look at life and its circumstances and be greatfull. Ritchie you were, and continue to be, a power of example to me and many others.
