Charles O'Connell Obituary

Charles J. O'Connell, 80, of Lake Wales, Florida, formerly of Webster, died September 23, 2008 of complications from pneumonia in Vitas Hospice, Orlando, Florida. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Charlie, predeceased by one son, Charlie Jr., leaves his wife of 59 years, Theresa (Robitaille) O'Connell; one son, John O'Connell of Fabyan, CT, and 4 daughters, Karen Gaskell of Ponte Vedra, FL, Margaret Dahl of Thompson, CT, Patricia Battista of Dudley, MA, and Maryann Woodcock of Thompson, CT. He also leaves 7 grandchildren: Charles J. O'Connell II, Sgt. Patrick Gaskell, Gianna and Anthony Battista, Rachel and Laura Woodcock, and Riley and Jack O'Connell.

A private memorial service was held for immediate family.
