Maureen, I was sorry to hear about the death of your mother. Whenever I drive by 169 Oxford St. N. with my children 1st, I check to make sure it's still standing, 2nd, I point to them where my first apartment was in the city. Having the opportunity to live there really made it possible for me to begin my life as a young adult. I will always be thankful for Peg & Hans, too, for renting out the apt. on the 3rd floor, even if it was a little chilly at times. Peg always had pluck, bright and sparkling blue eyes and I enjoyed having the chance to know her. Take care and sorry for your loss. Pam Moore Houlihan
