Alice Ruffo Obituary

Alice Irene (Berglund) Ruffo, 83, died Friday, October 31, 2008, in the Lutheran Healthcare Center. She leaves her husband of 57 years, John A. Ruffo; two sons, Mark J. Ruffo and Jay A. Ruffo, both of Worcester; a sister, Betty Anne Bisnette of Tucson, AZ; a brother, Karle R. Berglund of Brookfield; 5 grandchildren, Nikki Ruffo, Joseph Ruffo, Amy Panechelli, Sara Ruffo, and Anthony Ruffo; 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by 5 sisters, Helen Bergman, Gladys Landquist, Barbara Bergman, Nancee Dennis, and Joyce Berglund and 2 brothers, Leonard and Francis Berglund. Alice was born in Worcester, daughter of Thyra Elizabeth (Johnson) and Bror Helge Leonard Berglund. She was a long-time member of Zion Lutheran Church.
