Jacqueline Costello Obituary

Jacqueline E. ( Foss) Costello, 79, passed away comfortably surrounded by friends October 29, 2008. Her husband Lester L. Costello passed before her. She is survived by her son Brian J. Costello of Westerville OH, one sister, Ramona Whittlesey of Windsor CT, three beloved grandchildren, Kaitlin, Nicholas and Meagan all of Grafton, 4 nephews, 1 niece and an extended family at The Dodge Park Rest Home in Worcester where she had resided the past 5 years. Mrs. Costello was born July 9, 1929 in Fall River the daughter of Frederick and Eva (Fortier) Foss and was a longtime resident of Townsend MA raising her family there. She then moved to Grafton for several years before moving to Worcester. Mrs. Costello graduated for The Burbank Hospital School of Nursing in Fitchburg MA earning certification as a registered nurse and then worked in that capacity in several New England area hospitals. There are no calling hours. Funeral services will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made in her name to The Dodge Park Rest Home Activities Fund, 101 Randolph Road, Worcester MA 01606. Arrangements are in the care of Roney Funeral Homes of Grafton. My deepest sympathy in the loss of your Mom, Jackie. I have very fond memories of doing her hair at Dodge Park and conversing with her. We had many special hugs that I will not forget.
