Marjorie Herron Obituary

Marjorie Maudel (Edmondson) Herron passed away on November 11 after a brief illness. She died peacefully in her home at age 95.

She was born in Southbridge, the daughter of Robert Edmondson and Gertrude Rankin Edmondson. Her husband Robert Herron and brother John R. Edmondson predeceased her.

She is survived by nephew, J. Stuart Edmondson, Lisa Keller and grand nephews Cole and Landon Keller all of San Diego, Ca.

She attended local schools and was past President of the National Secretaries Association. She was a member of the Harrington Hospital Auxiliary.

She was employed by Dr. James Cross for 10 years and Dr. Clement LaCoste for 33 years. All her friends and family knew her as a woman of dignity and grace.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, December 27th 11:00 a.m in Holy Trinity Church, 446 Hamilton St., Southbridge. Burial in Oakridge Cemetery, Southbridge will be held at the convenience of the family.

The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Holy Trinity Church Memorial Fund, 446 Hamilton St., Southbridge, MA 01550.

The Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge is directing arrangements.
