FRANK "MICKEY" W. SHULTZ
NEWFIELD - Frank "Mickey" W. Shultz, 69, of 307 Main Street, Newfield, passed away Friday, June 20, 2008, at the Cayuga Medical Center. Born in Newfield, December 13, 1938, son of the late William and Stella Jedra Shultz.
Mickey was a graduate of Newfield High School (1957). Also, he was inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame at Newfield, a member of the IBEW Local 241, and a retiree after 36 years of service from the Brotherhood.
Mickey enjoyed fishing with his family and playing cards, specifically "Euchre", and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Carol Mumme Shultz; son, Timothy (Dusty) Shultz; daughters, Suzanne (William) Meeker and Brenda (Mark) Sipes; grandchildren, Kelsey, Jeremiah and Wyatt Shultz, Amanda, Lil Billy and Bryan Meeker, Jared and Samantha "Poopy" Sipes; also brothers, William and Richard Shultz; sisters, Ruth Cudlin, Helen Shultz and Jane Eberhardt; and many other loving family and friends. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by a brother, Theadore Shultz.
Funeral services will be held Monday, June 23, 2008, at 4:00 p.m. at Bangs Funeral Home with Rev. Leo Reinhardt officiating. Friends may call from 2:00 to 4:00 prior to the service. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Newfield, New York.

I'm very sorry for your loss of a great guy I looked up to for so many years. It pleases me that I had the opportunity to visit with Mickey 5 years ago and 7 years ago.
