Arlene was always so kind to all of us Spencer students. She was always friendly and helpful. She will be missed by all of her old students.

Arlene retired from SpencerVanEtten Schools about the time our two sons were born. She took a special interest in them and they in her. She traveled to Ohio more than once to visit with the boys and us. Arlene kept us informed of Spencer doings with her monthly phone calls. She was a gracious, kind, intellgent, honest person. We learned alot from Arlene. It was an honor and blessing to know her
