I was always amazed at Aunt Mildred's energy, even well into her 90's! Her sense of humor carried over into her emails, which I now wish I had saved. What a life she lived! She will be missed by so many.

Mildred was my wife Kandy's grandmother and great grand mother to my daughter Autumn and son Tyler. I met Mildred (Gram) a few times and was allways amazed at how alert she was. She had such a warmth about her. My deepest sympathy to all the family.

She was a remarkable woman, warm friendly and loving. She made you feel special just by being in the same room and speaking with you. We will miss you and we love you.

Mildred will be missed by many. Mildred was a remarkable woman. Everytime I did her hair I was amazed by how good she looked at her age and how well she got along. I will always remember her. I miss you Mildred and may you be in peace. My deepest sympathy goes out to all of her family and everyone who knew her.

yesterday morning I was filled with such deep sadness with the loss of my great aunt. She was the soul of our family and we all loved, cherished and respected her. I always looked forward to seeing her at our familys reunion and learning more of our familys irish roots. it won't be the same anymore. I will truly miss her. I love you aunt mildred.

Less that 24 hours before my Aunt Mildred passed away, this awesome family treasure was at a picnic at Jack and Ellie's. She was very weak but very alert as she sat in her wheel chair. She watched the glowing embers in the fire pit and listened to the wind rustling through the leaves above while her family paid her tribute. Little did we know that God was allowing us one last picnic with our beloved Mildred. He was there in the embers and He was there in the soft moving leaves...whispering "Come unto me." I will miss you sooooooo very much, my dear Aunt.
