AGNES C. GLANN
SPENCER - Agnes C. Glann, age 79, of Spencer, passed away peacefully at home in the tender loving care of her family, her son and daughter-in-law, Vern and Shirley Glann, her daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Dennis Strong, and her son, Dave Glann and grandchildren, Sarah Glann, Doug and Melissa Glann. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kim and Kevin Hotalen; and daughter-in-law, Donna Glann; sisters, Janet (Myron) Goodrich Jr., Betty Boyce, Barb Plunger; and brother, Jimmy Avery. She was also predeceased by her husband, Vern; brothers, Charles and Floyd Avery. Agnes was born in Owego and raised in the Spencer area.
She and her late husband were local area farmers for many years.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service to take place in Halsey Valley Cemetery, Halsey Valley, NY on Saturday Sept. 27, 2008, at 1:30 pm. Arrangements with Barber Funeral Home in Horseheads.
