William Frank Obituary
SAVANNAH, NY - William "Bill" Frank, age 59, of Savannah, NY formerly from Caroline Center, went to be with our Lord on Monday, October 8th. Predeceased by his mother Eleanor Cassin. Survived by his loving wife Edna Shevalier of Savannah, his children Michelle Ovellette, Tracy Frank (Trina Shevalier) of Berkshire, Mike Inman of Louisiana, Justin (Janelle) Frank of Newark Valley, Kathy (deceased) & Garry & Amber Shevalier of Savannah. And many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was a Vietnam Vet in the Marine Corps, a long time member of Slaterville Fire Company. He was an avid, fun loving sportsman who loved to hunt & fish when he could.
Services to be held at Garrett Mandeville Cemetery, across from the Caroline school at 10 AM Saturday Oct. 20th following with a dish to pass dinner at 1 PM at the Ovid VFW.

Aunt Edna & Everyone in the family,
Uncle Bill will surely be missed their is no doubt. But as a family we will figure it out. We will never forget the good times we had and the memories that we all share, he was deeply loved by everyone around him, with a sense of humor that you didn't know when to laugh or to slap him, Love you Uncle Bill. Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone in the family.
