Bailey family,
I am sorry for your loss. How well I remember the "Mayor" of Cleveland Avenue from my childhood. The stories he used to tell, telling us to behave when we were outside playing. I also remember that home made wine that he gave my parents. He will be sorely missed.

Mr. Bailey was one of my And my fathers favorite customers. A very respected man who always had time for a chat. I remember my dad and Evans having a good laugh and talking about the past.
My condolence to the family.
