Dear Margaret, Heidi, Drew, and Families,
Tom and I send our prayers and thoughts from Alabama. Dick was always ready to tell a funny story or join the guys for cards. Whenver he was around, we could count on a joke or the latest info on the "state of education" in Lansing. Family was important to him and he was always giving us updates on the kids. May your fond memories bring you comfort. Love, Wendy and Tom Cleveland

Dick was the strongest supporter for BOCES, GJR, and Dryden Central. He used his mind to craft grants that he believed would benefit all students from schools in the T-S-T BOCES area. A non-stop, enthusiastic, and tireless professional who set a high standard for loyalty, creativity and innovation. He often said, "If is does not benefit students, why would we want to do it?"
