She is survived by her grandchildren, Aimee (John) Arceo, Christopher and Curtis Galaska; Sean, James and Claire Mullane; Hugh, Madeline and Katherine Dunbar; and Christian Dunbar; Hannah Dunbar; John, Mark, and Megan Alo. Lydia is survived by her sister, Armenia Bernard. She is predeceased by her husband, Walter Wayne Dunbar; sister, Dina Tontoni; and brothers-in-law, Gene Tontoni and Armondo Bernard.
A Mass of Christian Burial is planned for Monday, November 26, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's of the Lake Church, Watkins Glen, with Father Austin Budnick and Father Joseph Catanise, celebrants. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Watkins Glen. Joe,
My deepest sympathies. Your mom was kind and sweet to all. The 7th Street neighborhood was a great place to be -- lots of outdoor fun and knowing we were welcome at your door. She will always be with you.

Lydia was a fantastic person. She went out of her way to help me as a young mother struggling to raise two children alone. She listened and never critized. She started my love of gardening by giving me a few plants and showing me how to grow them.Sincere condolences to her family. She will be missed.

My sympathy to Lisa and the entire Dunbar family. I have fond memories of stopping at the house every morning to pick up Lisa on our way to school. Your mom always had a friendly hello to start the day out right.

To Lydia's family: Our sincere condolences to your entire family. My mother, Nicolina Biagetti, is devastated to lose her childhood friend, a fellow Salt Pointer. My father, Frank Biagetti, and Wayne were long time friends as well. I will always remember your grandparents, Mr and Mrs Muratore from Salt Point as well. I remember Donna, Elaine and David from 7th St (across the street from my grandparents, Tony and Roma Franzese, and the LaPres). There will be quite a 7th
St reunion in heaven this week. My thoughts are with you all and know my parents have you all in their hearts today and always. Please send our condolences to your Aunt Armenia as well.
