Uncle Fred,
Was one of the finest gentlemen I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and perhaps to walk the planet. I remember when I was little, he always had treats for us kids, he'd give us money & send us to the store to get more. He was a devoted husband & caregiver to my late Aunt Margie. I also remember the way he looked after his own parents Fred & Frieda, & his Aunt Mary. He always had a kind word and was so helpful to anyone who needed whether they asked or not. He was hardworker, and could and did outwork men half his age. He has been a such a great companion for my Grandmother (Eleanor F. Dove). He was WW II and was the at "Battle of the Bulge" We had such good times going to the Pow Wows around New England. Having Known him will make me a better person. I know the Creator has a special place for him.
~ I miss you Uncle Fred

Freddy, it is with a heavy heart that I hear of your passing. Thats bad on my part. You have truly earned your right to cross over to the other side to be joined once again with other loved ons and our ancestors. You defended our country on many occassions and you always came back home. You are a true warrior, but no one would ever know by the great and gentle way you carried yourself and lived your life. I don't know of a gentler man. You were a warrior that walked among us and not many people ever knew. Its the way you wanted it. Bless you Fred. Ewo-wox-co-dah-wa, 2nd Councilman of the Wiquapaug Eastern Pequot Indian Tribe.
