Barbara Pendleton Obituary
Born in Richmond on Nov. 27, 1929, a daughter of the late Henry and Meta (Baton) LaPorte, she was a bookkeeper for Angelo Marone.
She enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time with her family.
She will be sadly missed by her husband and her children, Todd Pendleton of Westerly, Wanda Gardiner of Hopkinton and Cynthia Ready of Westerly; grandchildren, Hunter Kennedy, Todd Pendleton Jr., Manda Gardiner, Sara Connell, Carrie Roberts, Benjamin Gardiner, Richard Ready and Joseph Ready; and a brother, Philip LaPorte.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Benjamin LaPorte.
Funeral services are private. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. Memorial contributions may be made to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 169 George St, Pawtucket, RI 02860. Arrangements by S.R. Avery Funeral Home, Main Street, Hope Valley. For online condolence go to www.averyfuneralhome.com.
