Mrs. Margaret (Moran) O'Farrell

Margaret (Moran) O'Farrell, 100, of Courtland St., Pawcatuck (formerly of Hartford, Conn.), died on Sept. 27, 2007 in the Mary Elizabeth Nursing Home, Mystic. She was the widow of the late Paul O'Farrell.
Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late James and Nellie (Mooney) Moran. Mrs. O'Farrell had been employed as a secretary for the city of Hartford schools. She was a communicant of St. Michael the Archangel Church.
Survivors include two daughters-in-law, Mary O'Farrell of Buffalo, N.Y. and Jacqueline O'Farrell of Pawcatuck; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by her two sons Paul O'Farrell and Robert O'Farrell, as well as five siblings and a grandson, Timothy O'Farrell.
Calling hours are omitted.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial, which will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Michael the Archangel Church, 60 Liberty St., Pawcatuck. There is no procession from the funeral home to the church.
Burial will be in Mt. St. Benedict's Cemetery, Bloomfield, Conn. Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly, is in charge of the arrangements.
