Dear Family: Do know that your loss is shared by others not related. I hope that you can find comfort in knowing that our Heavenly Father also is very much concerned. Take Care, and look to the future with confidence. Psalm 83:18.

My heart truly goes out to ALL of David's family and friends. His loss was tragic and I keep you in my prayers. Know one can possibly understand what you have also gone through these last 3 years. I believe David is in a better place and let not I judge him. God be with you and confort you through this hard time in your lives.

I remember growing up near the Brame family. My mother went to school with David's grandmother, Beulah, and stayed a close friend of hers for many, many years. She knew David's aunt and mother. When David was born, my mother said to me, "Would you like to go and see the new baby?" I said, "Yes." I remember seeing David when he was about two weeks old. I was eleven years old at the time. I sat down in a chair and held David in my arms. When David became a police officer, my mother said to me, "Did you know that David is a policeman for the city of Tacoma?" I said, "No, I didn't." My mother was so proud of David. When my parents celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary, David's parents were there to celebrate it with them. I remember David's mother saying, "David can't be here today, because he has to work." I never saw David in his policeman's uniform, but I am sure his family was very proud of him. After my parents moved from Roosevelt Heights to Tacoma's South end, my parents stayed in close contact with the Brame family. David was loved much by the Brame and Larsen families and will continue to be loved.
