Roger Taylor's death was shocking news to us, and we send our deep sympathy to his wife & family.

Mr. Taylor was a skilled estate attorney, & guided us in this delicate work. He inspired trust & confidence, a rare trait in the legal profession. May he rest in peace.

While I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Roger for a long while I feel fortunate to have had the pleasure. He was multi-talented beyond his legal career and I thoroughly enjoyed the one golf game I played with him not long ago. It seems all too soon to lose such a good and godly man but as we look at it through our faith it was in God's perfect timing. We will all miss him and look forward to a wonderful reunion in heaven.

Julie % Family

Words cannot express the sadness I feel at the loss of Roger. You BOTH were always so friendly and supportive of me during and after my stint as Organist of St. Andrews.
For that I am always grateful.
Roger and I were always going to get together and have a piano evening. We will have to wait until we play heavenly duets.
I will be thinking of you and praying for you.
With Love,
Kathryn Snodgrass

It is with great sadness that we learned of Roger's home-going. He was a great neighbor and a Christian friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with Julie and the family. May God's comfort keep you through this time.

Roger is a great friend and one with whom we pursued God. Our CEF group walked together for 15 years. We knew each other well and were accountable to each other. We discussed all the world's problems, our families, our struggles and joys. He was always ready with a word of encouragement and, when appropriate, a word of instruction or reprimand. He truly knew the Lord intimately.

Roger is the consumate evangelist, always recruiting those around him to attend St. Andrews and to walk in deep faith with Christ.

Though we are now saddened by his departure, I can only imagine his joy and wonder as he explores his new home, meets those he knows but has never seen, renews old friendships and gazes into the very face of God. A home where we will one day join him. We look forward to that day. But now, as we miss his presence, we pray for peace and consolation for all who knew him and particularly for Julie and his family.

Thank God for the blessing of knowing such a devoted man of God.

We, too, are heartsick over your loss and words cannot express how we feel.

We know, however, that he is with the Lord and will be watching over you and loving you for all eternity.
