John SLOSS Obituary
SLOSS John Andrew May, PhD (Edinburgh University), MBA (INSEAD) Died aged 67, following a long illness borne with tremendous courage and fortitude, on Saturday, September 29, 2012. Dearly beloved husband of Moira, much loved father to Warwick, David, Sadie-Jean, and (in-law) Vanessa, cherished brother of Carole and Jennifer. John was known for his charisma, dynamism, humour, and black hat. A force of personality and of intellect, he will be forever missed by all who knew him. Funeral service at Mortonhall Crematorium Main Chapel, on Monday, October 8, at 11 am. All family and friends welcome. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Cancer Research UK.

I had an urge today to contact John. What a shock to learn that he had passed away. And how much more difficult it must be for you.
Marianne and I remember all the help and cheer you both gave us in Bristol so many years ago. What a sad day! Let us know how you are coping.

Me and my team only knew mr sloss for a short time ,he was a true gentleman and will be sadly missed,our thoughts are with all the family.
